The miniseries has a layer of humanity, making its viewers reconsider the reality behind getting justice in America.

As per Ava, the title of the miniseries is based on a question to the audience, what they see when they observe black boys! It challenges people to re-interrogate everyone who was said as criminals. He said, his goal is to humanize boys who were regarded as criminals widely.

What do you think? Is it racism (all are Latino or Black) the main reason behind the wrongful convictions that they and their families had to face?
